These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Colst Capital, LLC ("Colst Capital," "we," "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
Colst Capital reviews consumer credit reports and, where appropriate, prepares and submits disputes regarding items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable. The specific services we will perform for you are set out in your written Service Agreement.
We do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome, including any specific increase in your credit score or the removal of any particular item. We cannot remove accurate, current, and verifiable information. Any statements on our site describe possibilities, not promises.
Consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, we do not charge or collect any fee before the promised services have been fully performed. Pricing is described in your Service Agreement. You may cancel at any time, and you have a federal right to cancel within 3 business days of signing your contract at no charge.
You agree to provide accurate information, to verify your identity when requested, and not to ask us to dispute information you know to be accurate. You authorize us to communicate with credit bureaus and furnishers on your behalf as described in your Service Agreement.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
If you opt in, you agree to receive account and marketing messages by email and SMS. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colst Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or other applicable law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
