Colst Capital, LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Contact details (name, email, phone), the goal you share with us, and, once you become a client and verify your identity, sensitive information needed to perform the service (such as date of birth, identifiers, and credit report data). We collect the minimum needed to do the work.
To provide the audit and disputing services, communicate with you, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use de-identified analytics to improve our website and funnel.
We only display your sensitive personal or credit data after we verify your identity (for example, a one-time passcode). We will never show your information to another user, or another user's information to you.
Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest using strong (AES-256-GCM) encryption, transmitted over TLS, and access is limited to staff who need it. We retain data only as long as needed for the service and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
We share information with credit bureaus and furnishers as needed to perform disputes you authorize, and with service providers (such as hosting, email, SMS, and payment processors) under contract. We do not sell your personal information.
If you opt in, we may send marketing email and SMS. Opt-in is optional and never a condition of service. You can unsubscribe from email anytime and reply STOP to opt out of SMS. We store the exact consent wording and timestamp as proof of consent.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal limits. Residents of certain states may have additional rights. Contact us to exercise them.
